HINTS AND DETAILS FOR THE CORRECT APPLICATION TECHNIQUE

OF LOOP 1 & LOOP R

Here are some important details on how differently Loop 1 can be attached around the feet in both the Simple and Universal Application Techniques.

Indoor Activities Without Shoes

1. When exercising at home or in the gym, we recommend attaching loop 1 only around your feet, as this will best activate your foot muscles.

Indoor Activities with Shoes

1. For certain indoor sports, you can also place the tape directly around the athletic shoe. Your foot muscle perception will then no longer be as strong.

2. We do not recommend this application technique for outdoor use!

For all outdoor activities

If you want to go walking or jogging, for example, using the Universal Attachment Technique, we recommend attaching loop 1 directly around your feet inside your athletic shoe. This will best activate your foot muscles, and your band will, of course, be better protected.

The Loop R

The loop R of the coloured middle section should ALWAYS be placed below the neck!

1. The R points upside down away from the body.

2. The loop R is on the back, clearly below the neck.
