TONEMEUP PRO – Overview

TONEMEUP PRO is an elastic, length-adjustable full-body strip (German: Ganzkörperband) for posture, body tension and coordination. It is worn over sports or casual clothing during training, at the office and in everyday life. Claim: “Connect your body”.

Product facts

  • Material: two-layer elastic spandex with eleven loops marked by colour and with numbers/letters, plus two length-adjustable nylon straps.
  • Resistance: infinitely adjustable via the nylon straps (shorter = more resistance, longer = gentle mobilisation).
  • Three application techniques: simple (shoulder – foot), universal (shoulder – upper back – thigh – foot), core (pelvis – rib cage – lower back – shoulder).
  • Sizes: S (150–170 cm, slim build, colour code green), M (171–185 cm, average build, orange), L (186–200 cm, strong build, red).
  • In the box: 1 strip, 2 extra sliders, 1 fabric bag, information booklet with instructions and care notes, product overview, shipping box.
  • Care: hand wash lukewarm with mild detergent; no washing machine or tumble dryer.
  • Usage recommendation: at first max. 20–30 minutes per session, later up to 45–60 minutes. Seek medical advice beforehand, especially if you have complaints.
